Employees’ Service Awards Conferred

Emotions were at a high when five employees delivered their acceptance speeches during the Employees’ Service Awards Night 2016 held last February 19.
The five-year service awards were received by Asst. Prof. Erlindo Sevilla, Jr., college faculty member, Mr. Marlon Holgado, high school faculty member, Ms. Neslie Basillio and Mr. Louie Olmo, both Registrar’s Office management staff, and Ms. Frenlie Paguio, Auxiliary Services Department’s management staff.

“Letran is family…and families stick together. Thank you for staying with our family.“ Asst. Prof. Marvin Ibabao, director of the Human Resources Department (HRD), said in his message to the awardees.
The acceptance speeches drew laughter and tears from the attendees as this was an opportunity for the awardees to express their love for the Colegio as shown during their continuous years of service.
Their messages conveyed appreciation to their colleagues as well as memorable experiences drawn from being part of the Letran Bataan workforce.
The Employees’ Service Awards are conferred every year to those who have reached a certain number years of service to the Colegio, e.g., five, ten, fifteen years and so on. Awardees receive cash gifts, plaque, and a special token of appreciation.
Family members and friends of the awardees graced the event.
Organized by the HRD, the program included video presentations, messages from the administrators, and ended with a tribute performance for the awardees.
