Research orientation held for teaching force

      To further engage faculty members for research endeavors this school year, the orientation on the research manual was conducted today.

      The speaker was the Colegio's research coordinator Asst. Prof. Edessa Flordeliz as the speaker, who heads the Letran Bataan Research Office (LBRO).

      The research agenda of LBRO was emphasized among participants to guide them in future research endeavors involving employee and student researches.

      "Research is not only important part of the academe but it is academe itself. So we need to really encourage our faculty to do research because they are the front runners of the academe." Prof. Flordeliz said when asked of the importance of the activity among faculty members.




      Further, the discussion of guidelines in streamlining the faculty members' action researches conducted last semester for publication was done.

      The activity is part of a series of seminars lined up by the Human Resources Department for the workforce of the Colegio before the start of the classes on June 22.
