To foster camaraderie and strengthen rapport among parents and their children, parents, students, teachers, and staff once again gathered in banquet and feast as they celebrate the annual Family Day held at Gymbahan in Letran Bataan last January 31.

This one day affair is one of the highlighted high school events in connection with the Colegio's 9th founding anniversary celebration.

According to Asst. Prof. Myra Manalo, guidance counselor, this yearly activity serves as a good avenue for the high school stakeholders especially the parents and their children in enhancing positive parent-child relationship through activities in goal-setting, communication, and serving the community.

"We were very thankful to all the parents who graced our invitation for this very special occasion. I believe the family day this year had been very fruitful thorugh the active participation and cooperation of parents especially the Family Council of Squires, students, faculty, and staff.", Manalo expressed.

The activities included games, raffles, and parenting talk which was delivered by one of the college faculty members, Mrs. Jennlyn Dizon, Psychology department.

In parenting talk, Prof. Dizon emphasized that the parents' commitments and the active roles are significant matters in the upbringing of their children and the formation of their kids is of not a sole responsibility of the school.

Meanwhile, Dr. Jose Rapsing, high school principal, exclaimed that this year's family day is a huge success. "Thank you Lord for the very successful holding of the family fun day. Much thanks to the very active Family Council officers and to all the parents who came over and participated in the activities."

Moreover, this fun day would never be complete without the luscious feast served and shared with by the participating parents from each section.
