The whole Letran Bataan community joined together in a Mass celebrating the feast of St. Thomas Aquinas, patron saint of Catholic schools.

This was held at the Colegio's covered court or Gymbahan on January 28, 2015, commencing the start of the 9th Foundation Week Celebration with the theme, 'Commitment And Responsibility to Excellence (CARE)'.

The Mass was celebrated by the Colegio's executive vice president Fr. Raymund Fernando Jose, O.P., and concelebrated by Fr. Boyd R. Sulpico, O.P., vice-president for Financial Affairs, and Fr. Oscar Enjaynes, O.P., vice-president for Administrative Affairs.

It was also during the Mass that the blessing for all members of the college and high school faculty was held.

"In our search for the truth through study, we know that we are in the right track if it leads us to wisdom and true happiness; and if it leads us to God- the absolue truth." Fr. Jose said in his homily, in which he also highlighted St. Thomas's sincere humility.
