This program is designed to provide training in the employment of systematic methods of inquiry in the study of human behavior. It functions as a training ground for students who want to deepen their knowledge of human behavior and cognitive science by employing concepts of biology, chemistry, biochemistry and other sciences.
Graduates of this program may pursue careers in counselling and clinical work, human resource and organizational development, training, management, human services and community development, education and research. The program may also serve as a preparation for further studies in medicine.
Apart from labor-relations, personnel and training, graduates with this degree may work in top- and mid-level management and administration, sales, social work, other management occupations, administrative positions, real estate, business services and insurance, and even marketing.
